1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or participating in Platform features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Where you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

TrueNorthEliteCluub is a recreational gaming platform created for entertainment, friendly participation, personal enjoyment, and social interaction among users.

The Platform may include:

5. Virtual Credits, Virtual Items, and Recreational Progress

The Platform may make available virtual credits, virtual items, badges, levels, achievements, ranking positions, or other digital entertainment features.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual credits and virtual items are provided solely for use within the Platform;
• They have no cash value;
• They cannot be exchanged for currency;
• They cannot be transferred or used outside the Platform;
• They do not create any ownership, financial, or property interest;
• They may be adjusted, removed, replaced, limited, or discontinued as part of Platform operation, feature changes, technical correction, account action, or community management.

Your access to virtual credits, virtual items, and recreational progress remains subject to these Terms and the availability of the relevant Platform features.

6. Community Participation

TrueNorthEliteCluub is designed to support friendly and respectful social interaction.

When using community features, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or target other users;
• Publish hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or deliberately harmful content;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Share another person's private information without permission;
• Send spam, repetitive solicitations, or disruptive messages;
• Manipulate community features, rankings, virtual balances, or user interactions;
• Use automated systems, scripts, bots, or unauthorized technical tools;
• Attempt to bypass moderation, access controls, or security measures;
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive material;
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the enjoyment or safety of other users.

We may review reports, moderate content, remove material, restrict features, or close accounts where conduct is inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the community.

7. User Content

You may be able to submit profile text, comments, messages, images, reactions, or other content through the Platform ("User Content").

You retain any rights you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and make available that content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Platform and its social features.

You confirm that your User Content:

• Is created by you or provided with appropriate permission;
• Does not violate another person's rights;
• Does not contain unlawful or prohibited material;
• Complies with these Terms.

We may remove User Content where reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, technical operation, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its name, design, branding, text, graphics, software, game elements, interface, audio-visual materials, and related content, is owned by or licensed to TrueNorthEliteCluub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment and social participation.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted;
• Remove ownership notices or branding;
• Use Platform content in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us.

9. Platform Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

We may, at our discretion:

• Add, update, modify, pause, or discontinue Platform features;
• Change game mechanics, virtual features, community tools, layouts, or functionality;
• Conduct maintenance or technical updates;
• Correct errors affecting accounts, virtual balances, rankings, achievements, or content;
• Introduce new community standards or safety measures.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend, limit, or close your account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• You breach these Terms;
• Your conduct harms other users or the Platform community;
• We identify security concerns or unauthorized access;
• Your account information is materially inaccurate;
• Continued access may expose the Platform or users to risk;
• A feature or the Platform is discontinued.

Account closure may result in loss of access to profile information, virtual credits, virtual items, achievements, rankings, messages, and other Platform-specific features.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Those services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. You should review the applicable terms and policies before interacting with a third-party service.

12. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and community participation on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties that:

• The Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues;
• Every feature will remain available;
• User-generated content will always be accurate, appropriate, or available;
• Virtual features, rankings, achievements, or recreational progress will remain unchanged.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueNorthEliteCluub and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of access to content, profile features, community activity, or virtual progress.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how information is collected, used, managed, and protected and how browser-based technologies may be used.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, community standards, operational practices, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
